Do you accept Bitcoin or any other type of Crypto currency?
We only accept regular credit and/or debit cards and PayPal payments if they wish.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa debit and PayPal. The actual financial transaction will be processed by PayPal using their secure portal. Customers do not need to have a PayPal account to use our service. TopDots do not have access to customer card information.
Do you offer a discount for bulk orders?
The amount of discount we offer depends upon the number of items you wish to purchase. Please contact the office for details.
What is the discount voucher system?
Discount vouchers can be obtained from the office prior to ordering your products. There are three (3) types of vouchers available.
1. For pre-approved organisations including Educational and Military organisations and these are issued in ‘perpetuity’.
2. Multiple discount vouchers enable the discount to be applied for a certain number of orders (usually between 5 and 10).
3. For ‘one off’ discounts which are valid for one order only.

Do you offer 30-day invoice accounts?
Currently we are unable to offer monthly accounts.
Do I receive an invoice with my order?
After your payment has been processed you can view or print your invoices from within your account from the ‘Orders’ section. Select ‘View order history’.
Do you hold credit/ payment card details?
All payments are made using the PayPal payment gateway. None of the customer financial information is available and therefore stored by TopDots.
Are there postage fees?
We offer postage to UK and worldwide.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are possible but only if the Customer cancels the order within 24 hours and has not printed any of the music. In the case of digital orders, printing of music is regarded as acceptance under our Terms and Conditions.
