Yes.

You can browse around the website without having to create an account, however if you want to purchase an arrangement you will need to create one.

There are additional benefits to having a user account including the ability to: 

• Receive a list of regular updates (via our email Newsletter),
• Registration also offers the ability to post reviews of any of the products previously purchased.
• Check previous orders.
• Send us recommendations for new arrangements you would like us to produce.

Recommedations can be submited using our Wishlist feature in your user account area.

Yes.

You can search for songs using the search bar found within the header of the website. You can also search by artist too.

To order an arrangement:

1. Find the song you would like to purchase.

2. Click on the ‘more info’ button to go to the song detail page.

3. Check you have selected the correct ‘Arrangement Type’ and in the ‘Key’ you require.

4. Click ‘Add to Cart’.

5. Add Xtra Packs to the cart if required. (These can only be ordered if the corresponding arrangement is being ordered or has previously been ordered)

6. Go to your Shopping Cart. (You will need to be logged in)

7. Select the ‘Digital’ option to have the ability to print your music yourself or select ‘Post My Order’ if you wish the music to be printed by TopDots and delivered to you in the post.

8. Once you have confirmed your options click on the ‘Secure Checkout’ button.

9. Confirm the address for postal orders or change to alternate secondary address.

10. Continue to ‘Secure Checkout’.

11. Use the Pay Pal system to complete your order.

12.     After payment has been processed you will have the ability to print your music immediately from the Print Manager, for any Digital orders. Music ordered using ‘Postal’ method will arrive within a few days.

To change your email address:

1. Log in to your account.

2. Go to ‘account settings’

3. Go to ‘edit profile’. 

4. Change your email address in the box provided.

5. Click on Update. 

To change your password:

1. Log in to your account.

2. Go to ‘account settings’

3. Go to ‘edit profile’. 

4. Change your password in the box provided.

You can delete your profile from your account. Be aware for security and licensing reasons deleting your account will not delete your purchase history.

The secondary address can be used for an alternative postal address. This will give customer the option to have their arrangements delivered to their primary (billing) address or to an alternate address if for example the band is on tour or playing on cruise lines.

Yes.

All data stored on our server is protected by industry standard 128 bit encryption. Regular updates and maintenance patches are applied when available and a SSL certificate is installed for added protection and reassurance. Look out for the padlock in your browser to confirm.

We do not hold any payment/card details on our system.

Yes.

If you want to have your arrangements delivered to an alternative address, complete or update your ‘secondary address’ within the ‘Profile & security’ option of your account, before you buy your music. During the checkout process there will be the option to select your delivery address. Confirm the address you would like your arrangement delivered to.

Discount codes are entered during the checkout process. Enter your unique discount code into the discount box and click apply, the discount will then be applied to your cart contents.

Discount codes can be applied for by contacting us via the form on the contact page.

Yes.

We use the PayPal payment gateway. During the payment process customers will automatically be transferred to the secure PayPal payment gateway to complete the order. TopDots do not have access to any of the clients sensitive financial information.

We use the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) on parts of the website where personal information is held. This is encrypted between your computer and ours. Secure areas of the website will be displayed with a padlock symbol which is displayed in your browser.

We have 3 types of support options available:
